Directors and admins can now view a read-only history of children who have left the centre. Unlocking a care record now checks its type, so forms no longer open for entries that cannot be edited. Invitation links open the app directly with the code filled in. When a newer version is available, a dismissible notice appears on the home screen ("Later" hides it for seven days); Android can update in the background. Fixes: clearing age range or open places now saves.

Childminders now have their own enrolment page: add your photo, pictures of your space, the ages you take and current openings, then share the link with parents. Interested parents can message you right on the page — it lands in your in-app inbox, so your phone number stays private. You can also see how often the page was opened this week. Fixes: freeze when adding a qualification, cut-off URL handle, share button showing before the page was public, and uneven button heights.

Home care: set each child's care type and drop-in care; payment dates can differ by family. Departure can be scheduled ahead; it takes effect that day, unchanged until then. Departed families still see past records. Stool records add "paste"; "diaper changed" now shows in the list. Shared daily-log links open straight to the entry, for easy browsing. Chat sends faster. Fixes: attendance button over back arrow, add-record error while filtering, first refresh failing after notification links.

Meal times and menus can now be set per classroom. Centers can name their own record types, such as "Health status". Sleep that runs overnight now also appears on the morning you wake, so the wake time is visible. The card for parents to say whether their child is coming today is on by default. Staff health and training certificates can be uploaded straight from the phone. Also fixes menu display for parents with children in different classes, missing notifications, and data visibility.

Parents can now use the Today card to tell the center if their child is coming, arriving late, or on leave (centers choose whether to enable it). Teachers can add records for past dates, enter the actual arrival time at roll call, and same-day records now run earliest to latest. Centers can adjust reminder frequency for sign-off and payments; staff health and training records accept multiple files including PDFs. Fixed staffing ratio counting suspended staff.

Stool colour in care records now includes a Normal option, set as the default, so teachers only need to change it when they actually notice an unusual colour — faster to record and closer to what really happened. We also fixed an issue that stopped the nap-finished reassurance notification from being delivered, so parents now receive it on time once their child's nap has ended.

This update fixes the home screen not showing a newly added child straight away, resolves several places across the app where new or edited data only appeared after a restart, and adds pull-to-refresh to more than twenty screens for smoother everyday use.
