The app has been rebuilt from the ground up. Renters get a clearer Home with your balance and what is due next, a Money tab that lists every charge and payment, rent payment from your phone, maintenance requests with photos straight from the camera, and your inbox. Landlords can approve or decline what is waiting on them from the phone, alongside rent status, tenants and the rest of the dashboard. Dates and times now show in your own time zone. Some were previously several hours out. Vendor accounts are no longer supported in the app. They are handled on the website instead.

Mozart, your AI assistant, now has its own tab in the landlord app, so it is always one tap away instead of buried on the Home screen. Luna does the same for tenants, right in the bottom bar. Inspection photos load properly now, and "View full report" under Screening opens the report it promised. Also cleaned up a stray tab that was showing a blank icon.

Redesigned navigation with a simpler bottom tab bar and a new More section for account, settings, and support. Added a native vendor directory so landlords can browse and connect with vendors right in the app. Landlord payouts, reminders, and profile screens refreshed with fixes. Fixed an account switching issue that could show stale data across accounts. Small fixes throughout.

Design polish and small fixes.
