Govern the European Union, United States, or China in a turn-based race to shape the planet's climate trajectory by 2050.
Every decision changes the system. Cut emissions at home, fund abatement abroad, bargain with rival blocs, or gamble on biosphere and engineered interventions. The other powers act for themselves, global temperature is shared by everyone, and the carbon budget keeps score.
2050: The Race is a serious climate-strategy game built around a simplified cumulative-carbon model. It is fully local and playable offline.

- Three playable geopolitical blocs
- Automated rival blocs and Rest of World pressure
- Shared global temperature driven by cumulative emissions
- Policy tradeoffs across power, transport, food, biosphere, diplomacy, and geoengineering
- Ripple events from heatwaves, crop failures, trade wars, and policy backlash
