Import HRV, respiration, SpO₂, and VO₂ Max from your Garmin into the Health app. Runs entirely on your device. Vitals Sync imports four metrics your Garmin records but does not send to the Health app: HRV, Respiration, SpO₂, and VO₂ Max. Everything runs on your device. You sign in with your Garmin Connect account. The app reads the data your Garmin watch already recorded and writes it to the Health app on your iPhone. Most syncing tools cover only HRV. Vitals Sync does all four. WHAT YOU NEED • A Garmin Connect account • A Garmin watch that records these metrics, like the Forerunner, Fenix, Venu, vívoactive, Instinct, Epix, or Enduro series, and more WHAT IT SYNCS • Heart Rate Variability (HRV) • Respiration rate • Blood oxygen (SpO₂) • VO₂ Max FEATURES • Automatic background sync • No duplicates. Every reading is written once. • Your password is not stored. Only secure tokens, kept in the iOS Keychain on your device. • No account for this app, no tracking, no analytics, no servers PRIVACY Vitals Sync has no backend. It says Garmin login failed with MFA. Feels sketchy. Deleted my Garmin wallet card and will change my password.

Sorry about that. It was a bug in 1.3, the app wasn't handling Garmin's MFA step correctly, so the login failed even with the right code. Nothing sketchy going on: the login goes straight to Garmin. I've fixed it in 1.4, which is out now. If you're willing to give it another try I'd appreciate it, and feel free to email me if anything else comes up.

Two-factor sign-in works again. The app was dropping Garmin's session between the login and the verification code, so every code got rejected. If you use two-factor authentication, sign in again. Also in this update: • The code screen tells you whether Garmin sent the code by email or text message. • Error details in Sync History and shared diagnostic reports are shorter.
