I love this app!! I was a beta tester so I’ve been using it for a while. Thoughtful design and great functionality! It does what it’s supposed to - makes it easier to take meaningful breaks throughout the day, which makes a huge difference. I use the schedule feature, not the focus timer, because that’s what fits better with my work. The app is very intuitive and simple to use. I love that if I forgot to actually schedule a break, I can swipe up from the schedule page to go straight to a break. And I like that when the alarm for my scheduled break goes off, I just tap the notification and it takes me straight to the break activity. The guided breaks are great - there’s a ton of options and variety. I find myself gravitating more towards the movement-based ones, just cuz I do a lot of sitting during my day, but the meditation and mindfulness stuff is really good too. During beta testing I had access to all the guided breaks - the premium content is really good! And looking at what’s available in the free version - it’s surprisingly comprehensive. There’s also different premium content unlocked/available for free each week. So the app is really good and fully usable in its free version, too! Highly recommend!
