Rendering work is now skipped for gates far off screen, so challenge levels with raised gate caps (up to 100 gates) hold a steady frame rate. • The finish gate now shows its green energy sweep so the end of a level is easier to spot at a glance, and gate energy alternates sweep direction for a livelier course. • Fixed the starfield leaving empty bands after resizing on iPad (Split View and Stage Manager). • Arclo now supports any device on iOS 17.0 or later. A fairness and polish release. * Challenge scoring is now consistent: every gate is worth the same combo-weighted points at every gate cap, so longer challenge levels earn more purely by having more gates. Leaderboard runs at different caps now compare fairly. * Fixed a scoring exploit where the teleport debuff let the same gate be scored more than once. Teleports now take back the exact points they undo. * The leaderboard screen now offers a working sign-in retry if Game Center authentication was canceled or failed at launch. * Fixed a rare case where gameplay music could start playing underneath the pause overlay. * The personal best card now correctly says points instead of gates. * The one-time full unlock has a new lower price.

Fixes and a new accessibility option. Gameplay - Missing the finish gate now ends the run immediately with a clear result, instead of leaving you drifting with nothing left to do. - The Teleport debuff no longer pushes the void back when it warps you. Debuffs never relieve void pressure: the void cannot be defeated, only outrun, and it eases back to normal speed as you clear gates cleanly. - Rotating the device mid-level restarts the level as before, but your score now returns to what it was when the level began, so a restart cannot bank the same gates twice. Haptics - New vibration cues for gate clears, combo rises, misses, power-ups, debuffs, tractor beams, wins, and deaths. Turn them off in Settings under Accessibility if you prefer. Requires a device with a Taptic Engine. Reliability - Fixed a rare case where the full game unlock could show as locked on a new device or during an App Store outage. Only a genuine refund removes it now. - Reset Progress now syncs correctly across devices on the same iCloud account. Previously another device could restore its old level progress over a reset.

Version 1.1 gives the top tiers real identity and adds new ways to help (and hurt) yourself. New top-tier mechanics - Tier 8: Moving barriers. The lethal walls beside a gate now slide back and forth. - Tier 9: Tractor beams. An unseen entity off one side of the screen drags your orb pair toward it (marked by purple rings pulsing inward). The pull is light at the far edge and strongest right beside the beam, so lining up gates becomes a fight. - Tier 10: Debuffs. Drifting red anti-power-ups you weave to dodge. Non-lethal, but each stings: Void Surge (void speeds up for the rest of the level), Narrow Gates, Frenzy, Gate Jitter, Wide Barriers, and Teleport (warps you back a gate). Fixed placement per level, so tier 10 is a consistent, fair challenge. New power-up - Gate Pass: banks a charge that credits your next missed gate as a clean pass, with no void surge and no broken combo. Also - Power-ups appear more often on higher tiers (and 8-10 can drop two). - Every power-up and debuff now has its own sound effect. - New music: two gameplay tracks (Singularity, Redshift) and a menu track (Aphelion). - Faster, smoother start when you press Play.

Version 1.0.2 - Fixed sound effects going silent after minimizing and reopening the app. They now come back on their own. - Fixed a level-generation issue where a drifting hazard could sit inside a barrier (where it did nothing). Hazards and barriers now place cleanly, and barrier-heavy levels keep their full set of barriers.

Version 1.0.1 • Reworked the chasing void so it's a fair, constant threat. It now keeps pace as your spin and swing speed climb through the levels, presses forward from the moment a run starts, and winds up faster each time you skip a gate instead of letting you outrun it. Clearing gates eases it back off, one step at a time. • Balanced the camera between iPhone and iPad so both show a comfortable amount of the course ahead. • New setting: choose your Orbit spin direction (Clockwise, Counter-clockwise, or Random). • Fixed: rotating the device on the level-complete screen no longer restarts the level. • Fixed a small visual glitch along the void's trailing edge.
