This isn't a tap-and-wait idle game. Every property runs on real numbers: price, down payment, mortgage rate, rent, occupancy, taxes, insurance and upkeep. Interest rates drift, the economy cycles through booms and recessions, and neighborhoods rise and fall with the local news. Buy well and your empire compounds.
