RadiMatch is the direct marketplace for radiology coverage. Imaging facilities and radiology groups post the shift or the position and the rate they will pay. Radiologists see that exact rate, apply, and talk to the facility directly. No staffing agency in the middle.
FOR FACILITIES AND RADIOLOGY GROUPS • Post locum shifts, part-time coverage, per-read work, or permanent positions in two minutes. • The rate you post is the rate the radiologist sees. • A flat 15% platform fee, shown to you before you send an offer. No markup that scales with seniority, no exclusivity, no minimums, nothing to cancel. • Review every applicant's verified packet: government ID with a matching selfie, NPI confirmed in the NPPES registry, OIG exclusion check, state licence with its expiry watched daily, board certification, CV and malpractice certificate. • Message candidates, send the offer, and have the placement agreement signed in the app. • Attach your full job description as a PDF or Word file, or link to it. • Locum hours are reported and confirmed in the app and billed monthly on actual confirmed hours. Permanent placements carry one placement fee on first-year base salary, with a 90-day replacement guarantee.

WHAT VERIFICATION MEANS RadiMatch screens every radiologist before a facility talks to them. It is a screen, not credentialing: each facility's own credentialing process runs exactly as it does today, starting from a complete packet.
BUILT BY A RADIOLOGIST RadiMatch was built in Michigan by a practising diagnostic radiologist who watched facilities and radiologists agree on a rate and then lose a third of it to an agency for making an introduction.
