Turn an impulse order into a short walk. Block food delivery apps until you reach your step goal, build a streak, and see what you save.
Stop impulse takeout before it starts.
LockEat blocks the food delivery apps you choose until you reach your daily step goal. That small pause turns “order now” into a healthier choice: take a walk, clear your head, and decide again later.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose the delivery apps you want to block.
2. Set a daily step goal that works for you.
3. Walk with Apple Health tracking your real steps.
4. Unlock your apps when the goal is complete.
TRY THE 7-DAY TAKEOUT RESET
Start a simple seven-day challenge from the home screen. See each takeout-free day, keep your streak moving, estimate what you saved, and share a progress card when you are proud of it. Missed a day? Keep going—this is about progress, not perfection.
BUILT FOR THE MOMENT YOU NEED IT
• Food delivery app blocking with Apple Screen Time
• Real step progress from Apple Health
• Daily streaks and takeout-free day tracking
• Estimated savings and monthly activity reports
• A 60-second reset before an impulse order
• Shareable challenge and progress cards
• A temporary unlock when you genuinely need access
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your step, body, and blocking data stays on your device. LockEat does not sell your personal health data.
LockEat is free to use. An optional one-time purchase removes ads.
LockEat is a behavior-change tool, not medical advice. Savings are estimates based on a representative local takeout meal.
