Leaner filters: in HERE, Clients, People and Groups the search, the filter button and actions sit on one line; filters open in a panel and only active ones show as tags you can remove with a tap. New: HERE › State › Closed. Clients and HERE › External: filter by status (Pending, In progress, Closed, Archived, All) with counts. The app remembers your choices.

Settings › Account notices: choose which plan & billing, limit and system notices you receive. The sign-in screen now has “Forgot password”.

Cleaner notifications: the app only alerts you about real messages and notices. No more empty or duplicate notifications, and none for messages you sent yourself from another device. When you read a conversation on your computer or another device, its notification disappears from your phone. Opening or deleting a conversation also clears its notification.

Smoother conversations: chat-width bubbles (no longer stretched across the screen), avatar next to the name, time inside the bubble, day separator with a line and a compact link preview. Supplier/client portal chats now live in AQUI › External, in the group of the subject (order/job), with the portal badge and a "View in portal" link; the Clients tab shows only website chat visitors. If you are not following a conversation, "Leave" it to stop its alerts. On computer and tablet: the side menu becomes a fixed icon bar and contact details open in a column on the right without hiding the chat.
