Pair your band over Bluetooth and FitnessX syncs your readings, then organizes them into a focused dashboard led by a daily readiness score — no noise, no guilt, just your data. EXPLORE WITHOUT A BAND Tap "Explore with sample data" on the dashboard to see the full app populated with realistic example readings before you pair. YOUR DATA, YOUR ACCOUNT Sign in with Apple or an email link to sync your readings to your private account so they survive reinstalls and new phones. Delete your account and all synced data anytime from Settings. No account is required to use the app with your band. REQUIRES A COMPATIBLE BAND FitnessX is the companion app for a Bluetooth wellness band and needs the band to collect live data. IMPORTANT — WELLNESS, NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE FitnessX and the band it connects to are a general wellness product intended for fitness, sleep management, and stress management only.
