In the Jan Bommerez Academy you train your nervous system step by step toward more calm, safety, and FLOW—through body-based practices and a warm community of like‑minded people. This app is for anyone who wants to let go, handle stress and emotions more skillfully, or recover from (developmental) trauma. You don’t have to keep digging in the past: you learn to feel what is happening in your body right now, and from there, to regulate. What you’ll find in the app Full online trainings: Letting Go and Childhood Trauma Free lessons with over 1.5 hours of valuable content An online community: support, recognition, and connection in an emotionally safe environment Jan’s e-books, plus a rich library of blogs and podcasts featuring Jan The audiobook Less Must, More FLOW (plus workbook) The trainings combine clear, evidence-informed insights with mostly somatic (body-based) exercises. Because when your nervous system is dysregulated, you don’t learn regulation from a book alone—you learn it through experience (and, when needed, with professional support). More than 2,700 participants have rated the trainings an average of 9.5.
