Baker's percentage formula engine
Every ingredient is calculated against flour at 100%. Convert grams ↔ percent instantly, and see hydration (water %) and total dough weight at a glance. Set a target like "1.2 kg total" or "6 baguettes" and the weights scale to match.
One recipe, many formulas
Stack every bake of a recipe. Clone a round you liked, change just one thing, and bake again — then compare photos, ratings and notes side by side. Pin your best formula as the "main" so it shows first.
Ingredient stock that links to recipes
Register the amount on hand (g) and expiry for flour, yeast, levain and more. DoughLab flags what's short for a recipe, warns when you're running low against the amount you first bought, deducts what you use automatically, and lets you restock right there.
Build a recipe in 4 steps
Name → yield → formula → method. Pick ingredients from a multilingual library with a tap, or type your own. Search and stack steps — mixing, autolyse, fermentation, shaping, baking — and your method writes itself.
