Private AI for your front desk
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Free on-device AI. Hello Steve runs right on your iPad or iPhone with Apple Intelligence — no servers, no subscription, no ads, no account. Set it up in minutes.
Hello Steve is a free AI assistant you build in plain English. Describe your business, prop up an iPad, and visitors get answers on screen — all day.
COMPLETELY FREE
No subscription, no trial, no ads, no account, no sign-in. Every feature is included, for everyone.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Hello Steve is built with Apple Intelligence — Apple's on-device intelligence system — so on supported devices, conversations are processed right on the device. There's no server in the middle and nothing to connect.
WHAT PEOPLE USE HELLO STEVE FOR
• Front desks — greet visitors, take names, point people the right way
• Class and event sign-in — check the roster, hand out assignments
• Info booths — hours, prices, exhibits, directions
• Unstaffed stands — what's fresh, what it costs, how to pay
SET IT UP IN MINUTES
Answer three quick questions — your assistant's name, your business, your hours — or write the instructions like a text message. Start from a ready-made example and make it yours. Change anything, any time.
ADD A SIGN-IN FORM
Give visitors buttons to check in or leave their details. Their answers can be sent straight to a web address you choose, and nowhere else.
THE EXPERIENCE
Visitors type or tap the mic. Replies stream in on screen — Hello Steve never talks out loud, so a busy room stays quiet.
Settings stay locked behind Face ID or Touch ID, so visitors can ask Hello Steve anything but can't change how it works.
Ratings & Reviews
Hello Steve is now completely free. No subscription, no trial, no daily limit — every feature, for everyone.
The subscription is gone from the app entirely, so there's nothing to buy and nothing to restore.
