FAMILY ADMIN SETUP
The first person in your family sets everything up in a couple of minutes:
1. Tap Create Squad Account. Enter your family name, your email, and your timezone.
2. Choose an Organizer password (private - only you use this for settings) and a Squad password (share this with everyone else).
3. Sign in, open Settings, and send the invite link to your family.
Family members tap your link, enter their name, and sign in with the Squad password. No separate setup for them - they jump straight onto the shared calendar.
THE TOOLS - WHAT SETS SQUADCAL APART
- Describe: Add, change, or delete events by typing in plain English - "Mia has soccer practice every Monday and Wednesday at 4pm starting next week." The AI reads your existing calendar and makes the change directly. No forms, no menu-tapping.
- Add a Photo: Snap a printed schedule, team roster, or school flyer and the AI pulls every event onto your calendar automatically. No more typing in a whole season of games by hand.
- Find a Calendar: Name the team, league, or school and SquadCal finds the schedule online and subscribes you, so it stays up to date on its own.
No other family calendar does this. With SquadCal you talk to your calendar; with the others you do the data entry.

NEW — Email invites straight to your calendar (SquadCal Pro):
Give your squad its own email address, like yoursquad@squadcal.net, and add it as a guest on any Google or Outlook calendar invite. The event drops onto your SquadCal — with its reminder, the organizer, and the guest list — and you can Accept, Maybe, or Decline right from the app. Your reply goes back to the sender's calendar automatically, and updates or cancellations follow on their own.
You choose who each invite is for, block unwanted senders, and manage your squad's addresses in Settings.
Also in this update: a new invite pops up the moment it arrives, plus reliability and polish fixes.
