Fixed a bug from the last update where picking a large batch of photos could sit on a loading spinner and then come back empty. It started once you went past about 60 photos, and got more likely the more you picked. Analysing a big batch also sends far less over the network now, so it finishes quicker and copes better with a patchy connection. Your results have changed too. Each pick used to be labelled as a type of shot, which meant a weaker photo could make the six just to fill a category. Now you get your best photos in order, with the same short note on why each one works.

You can now pick up to 150 photos at once, up from 40. The lower limit was there because picking more than about a hundred on iPhone could freeze partway through and never finish. Picking now skips any photo that gets stuck downloading from iCloud and carries on with the rest, so a big batch gets through.

Fixed a bug where choosing photos could hang on a loading spinner with no way out. It happened when your photos were stored in iCloud rather than on the device, so they had to download first. Picking now gives up instead of waiting forever, and you can cancel it yourself at any point.
