When something happens again, log it on the original record with “It Happened Again.” A filed note returns to the board. Record details now include an occurrence summary and timeline, with undo for the latest recurrence. Filter and sort recurring records, and see recurrences and affected records in your 7-day or 30-day review. Backups now include the full event history. Preview differences before restoring; merge keeps the local version of conflicting records. Export a current backup before replacing your data. History that older versions never saved is not reconstructed. All these features are free. The existing Pro one-time purchase remains unchanged.

Review gains a Last 4 Periods trend chart that compares notes logged and filed in each period side by side, so change is visible at a glance. Action rules can now be pinned as your Current Rule, kept in sight at the top of Review and Prevention Cards, with one tap back to the source record.

Review is now period-based: switch between the last 7 or 30 days, see notes logged and filed side by side, and compare with the previous period. When a pattern emerges, Review surfaces it and builds an action rule you can tap to jump back to its source record.
