THE SYSTEM: Begin Again
A Real-Life Fitness RPG
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
THE SYSTEM is a fitness RPG that turns real-life progress into a daily progression system.
Train, log food, recover, track body changes, complete quests, earn XP and Gold, build streaks, unlock Echoes, and move through a world built around discipline, recovery, and long-term improvement.
THE SYSTEM is designed for real life, not perfect fitness routines. You can track gym workouts, guided live workout missions, meals, fast food, alcohol, recovery actions, body weight, progress photos, and physical work days.
Core features:
• Guided live workouts with sets, reps, rest timers, and exercise logging
• Fuel tracking for meals, macros, fast food, alcohol, barcode products, and food database entries
• Recovery quests, active rest, streak protection, and energy management
• Body tracking for weight logs and progress photos
• Dungeon-style daily objectives, XP, Gold, ranks, and progression
• Echo Archive for milestone-based progress memories
• Guild, Events, and Genesis Era community progression
• Cloud save and sync support
• Optional System Pro features for advanced coaching, cosmetics, themes, and adaptive tools
THE SYSTEM is not just a workout tracker. It is a progression layer for training, nutrition, recovery, discipline, and everyday physical effort.
You do not follow THE SYSTEM.
You become it.
