Outsource Processing Orders and Reconciliation is a local offline tool for small factories, workshops, purchasing coordinators, and production assistants. It helps manage outsourced processing orders, issued materials, returned quantities, processing fees, and delivery status.
Many outsourcing workflows still rely on paper forms, chat messages, and scattered spreadsheets. At month end, orders, quantities, or fees are easy to miss. This app turns common outsourcing work into a simple ledger: create processing orders, record material issues, track returns, calculate fees, mark due-date status, and generate reconciliation details by supplier.
Core features:
1. Outsourced processing orders: record customer or supplier, item name, specification, process, unit price, quantity, due date, and notes.
2. Material issue and return records: log batches of issued materials, returns, and quantity differences, with automatic remaining quantity totals.
3. Processing fee reconciliation: filter by supplier, month, and status, summarize fees, and create reconciliation lists.
4. Due-date board: view upcoming, overdue, and completed orders for easier follow-up.
5. Local search and export: quickly find records by supplier, item, or order number, and export PDF or text lists offline.
No login or network connection is required. The app does not collect personal data. All records are stored only on the device, making it suitable for small teams that want to manage outsourcing work from a phone.
