• Connect your bank from your phone — tap Connect a bank on the Home screen and pick the accounts you keep books for. • The Inbox shows how many receipts are waiting for review, and you can step from one to the next without leaving the screen. • The Inbox suggests the bank charge a receipt belongs to, so filing it takes one tap. • A receipt opens with the vendor and category already filled in. • The estimates list opens on the ones still waiting on a customer, with Closed and All one tap away. • Credits on the Home screen show as credits, with how much is still unapplied. • Tap a link in the agent chat and it opens the invoice or list it points to. • What you type or choose on a bank transaction stays put while suggestions load and when you move between tabs. • When an invoice cannot be voided, it now says why — for example that a payment is recorded against it.

• Attach the PDF when you send an invoice or estimate, send yourself a preview first, and check the delivery status afterwards. • See whether an estimate was sent, and whether your customer opened it. • Add a receipt to a bank transaction from your phone, and see the receipts already filed on it. • An employee you invite sees a Home screen built for them, with only their own reimbursements and the button to file a new one. • Confirm your email address from your phone. • New invoices take their number when you save, so your numbering stays in sequence. • The message box in the agent chat sits on the keyboard while you type.

• Mark an estimate accepted or declined from your phone and undo a decision recorded by mistake. • Turn an accepted estimate into a Job or a draft invoice right from the estimate. • Edit or delete a draft estimate, and void one that should no longer be on offer. • Estimates that have been invoiced say so, and open the invoices they became. • An estimate past its expiry date shows as Expired. • Account pickers show the accounts that fit what you are doing first — expenses when money goes out, income when it comes in — with your full chart still there below.

• Create and send estimates to your customers while on the go. • Tap an invoice notification to open that invoice. • Change your notification settings from the Account screen. • The Home screen now fills the whole screen on iPad.

NEW • Send a photo or file to the assistant from the app. Attach a receipt or PDF straight from your Photo Library or Files and ask about it in chat. iPhone HEIC photos now upload correctly. • Setting to toggle pending-transaction alerts on or off per workspace IMPROVED • Pending bank transaction alerts now allow you to tap the alert and open the transaction, switching workspace for you if needed. • The Account screen scrolls, so every setting is reachable on a phone. Notification settings now say which workspace they apply to. • Find an account by typing its account code. Exact matches come first, and the number is shown next to the name. • The Transactions list shows which bank lines already have a receipt attached, so you don't have to open each one. FIXED • Turning down a suggestion in Review no longer hides that transaction. • On iPad, the window controls no longer sit on top of the app's own buttons. • Menu labels now say "Products & Services" everywhere.
