Lora – Adaptive Run Coach

The coach that adapts to you

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.

Tell Lora a session was too hard and the plan eases off. It adjusts to the week you actually had, not to a calendar written two months ago. Lora is a running coach that actually listens. It uses AI to understand what you tell it and adjust your training. Most training plans hand you a schedule and expect you to follow it no matter what. Lora works the other way around. You tell it how you feel and what happened in your week, and it reworks your sessions to match. A bad night, a trip, a niggle starting up: your plan moves with you instead of guilt-tripping you. What Lora does for you: A plan that keeps adapting. Lora builds your program from your goal, your real level and the time you have, then revises it whenever something changes. A coach that believes you. If you say a session was too hard, Lora takes it seriously and eases off. It never doubles down on a plan that isn't working for you. Connected to your watch. Lora links to Apple Health to read your runs, heart rate and recovery, so you don't log everything by hand. Recovery aware. Lora watches your heart rate variability and your training load to keep you clear of overtraining and injury. Who it's for: whether you're training for your first 5K or a marathon, coming back after a break, or just trying to run better without getting hurt, Lora meets you at your level. Lora offers a subscription for full coaching access. Lora Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, available monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your goal and its date can now be edited straight from your profile. A guided run interrupted by a call or a notification picks up where you left off instead of being lost. Treadmill and track sessions finally show up under the right name.
