What's new: • Store pickup: order in the app and collect your order free of charge from the MedoO shop. We notify you as soon as it's ready. • MedoO Balance gifts: send a gift to someone you love. • Exchanges and returns at the shop, with the status shown on your order screen. • A faster MedoO Balance page. • Improvements and fixes.

The Apple Pay button is Apple's own now — and on the newest Apple systems it shows your default card inside the button, before the payment sheet opens. • Support chat is live: a reply reaches you without leaving the app and coming back. • Send a photo, a video or a voice note in a support chat, straight from the camera. • You can attach files when you first open the ticket, not only afterwards. • Attachments open inside the app instead of a browser. • Fixes and performance improvements.

Fixes and improvements we owed you. • Discount codes: our own outage was marking valid codes as invalid — and then removing them. Fixed. • Sign-in: any email address containing the letter "s" was being rejected. Fixed. • Shipping: the cart no longer promises free delivery it cannot keep. You see your area's fee before you confirm, not after. • Size guide: the app now shows the same seven size families as the website, with age and height side by side. • A short welcome tour for anyone opening MedoO for the first time. • Support: attach a photo, a video or a voice note to a conversation with the shop. • Contact details corrected — we close at 10pm, and Friday is closed. • Checkout and exchange screens: several buttons that refused without saying why now say why.

A big update — payments, returns, and finding your size: • Apple Pay — check out with one touch, no card details to type. • Return or exchange several pieces in a single request, each with its own photo and reason. • Approve from your phone — pay with your MedoO Balance in store and confirm the basket on your phone with one tap. • A redesigned order page: delivery stages read across, the payment method is named once, and the delivery address sits in its own box. • Tell us how it went — share your rating and delivery experience once your order arrives. • Rebuilt filters: sizes are grouped by the system they belong to (months, years, height, numbers, letters, shoes), and colours are named families instead of dozens of repeated dots. • Faster and lighter, plus fixes across payment, cancellation and returns.

A faster, easier way to shop: • Medoo AI — get a complete look or a gift within your budget, and add the whole set to your basket in one tap • A redesigned account screen that's easier to navigate • Pick your delivery address straight from the map • In-app support — send a ticket and follow the reply • My Closet: everything you've bought in one place • Faster sign-in with Google or Apple • Many speed and stability improvements

• A quick way to turn on notifications so you never miss sales, restocks, and order updates. • Performance and reliability improvements. • Behind-the-scenes security enhancements.
