We’ve made our watering recommendations much smarter and more cohesive in this release. Previously, the Primary Recommendation, Temperature Alert, and Future Predictor cards ran on separate logic loops that didn't talk to each other. Now, they operate as a unified engine.

Smarter Rainfall Tracking & Enhanced Future Predictor • Fixed an issue where past rainfall was not being accurately captured, causing the watering deficit to appear higher than it actually was. • The app now uses observed weather data for historical rainfall instead of model predictions — so those surprise afternoon thunderstorms actually count toward your lawn's moisture balance. • Enhanced the Future Predictor with detailed explanations showing your current soil moisture, daily evaporation rate, and what's driving the next watering date. • Added weather data caching to prevent rain values from resetting when you refresh the app. • Reduced unnecessary weather API calls with smart refresh throttling.
