NightPosture helps you understand your sleep posture patterns by using your iPhone’s built-in motion sensors.
Place your iPhone securely on your chest, such as in a sleep shirt chest pocket or a comfortable chest strap, and NightPosture estimates whether your torso is side-facing or back-facing during the night.
