Meal planning is here. WEEKLY MEAL PLAN Plan breakfast, lunch and dinner across the week — plus extra meals, for days you eat more than three times. Every suggestion is ranked by what is already in your kitchen, so "nothing to buy" means exactly that. AUTOFILL YOUR WEEK (PRO) Let Calfo build the week for you, reaching for food that expires soonest first. Fill the whole week, fill a single day, or ask for a new set of choices if the numbers don't land where you want them. CALORIE AND MACRO GOALS A new calculator estimates your maintenance calories from your height, weight and activity level using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, then sets a daily target for losing, maintaining or gaining. Days that drift well below a healthy day are flagged quietly, and days you have planned as eating out are left alone. A MUCH LARGER RECIPE LIBRARY The catalog grew from around 1,300 recipes to more than 5,000, and all of it is now reachable from search and the planner. EVERYWHERE ELSE • Add any recipe to your meal plan from its own page • Missing ingredients go to your grocery list without duplicates, with a count and an undo • Today's plan now appears on your Profile • Update your pantry by speaking to it • Profile and Settings are now separate, and quieter • Polish throughout the pantry, grocery list, scanning, onboarding and recipe filters

Share recipes. Found something worth cooking? Send it straight from the recipe. Your friends can open it even without the app. Meal reminders that know your fridge. Tell Calfo when you usually eat and we'll nudge you 45 minutes before with real ideas from what's in your kitchen. Grocery list, clearer. Checking off an item now tells you it moved to your pantry, and gives you 5 seconds to undo a mis-tap. Smarter expiry dates. When Calfo estimates a date (homemade meals, unlabeled jars), it's now marked with ≈ and takes one tap to correct. Tell us when you made something and we'll estimate how long it keeps. Pantry upgrades. Filter your pantry by category, and scan a barcode for nutrition right from the item page. Smoother start. A refreshed fridge-scan intro, faster item entry (type a whole list at once), and a clear path forward if you're not at home when you sign up.

If your friend has Calfo it opens right in the app; if not, they get the full recipe on calfo.app, photo included. Meal nudges from your own kitchen Tell me when you usually have breakfast, lunch and dinner and I'll check in a little before each one with what you can make from what's already there, like "You have chicken thighs and spinach: 3 recipe ideas." Switch off any meal you don't eat, and pick exactly which ones nudge you in Profile › Notifications. Plus small fixes and polish throughout.
