Fidoca is a vehicle management app for cars and motorcycles in Japan. It supports gasoline, diesel, hybrid, PHEV, and EV vehicles, with Japanese yen, km/L, and km/kWh.
Use your records, charts, and maps to answer practical questions such as: “What is my real-world fuel economy?”, “How much did my vehicle cost this month?”, “When was my last oil change?”, and “Which nearby fuel station has the best price?”

FUEL AND RECEIPT SCANNING
Record odometer, fuel amount, and price to calculate real-world fuel economy. Scan a fuel receipt to assist with entering fuel type, amount, and total.
EV / PHEV CHARGING
Record energy, charging cost, battery level before and after charging, and electric distance. Review energy efficiency from full-charge intervals or entered EV distance.
AI MAINTENANCE-DOCUMENT IMPORT
Choose a photo or PDF of a maintenance statement, invoice, or receipt. AI extracts dates, shops, odometer readings, service items, and costs. Review and correct every result before saving.
MAINTENANCE, INSPECTIONS, INSURANCE, AND TAX
Save oil, tire, battery, inspection, and other service records. Set each reminder by distance or time, review upcoming schedules, and use the to-do list for items that now need action. Vehicle-inspection QR scanning, renewal reminders for inspections, insurance, and vehicle tax, and maintenance-report PDF export are also supported.
FUEL-PRICE MAP
Compare nearby fuel stations by price or distance. Price sharing is off by default.
COST REPORTS AND CSV
Review monthly and yearly fuel, charging, maintenance, insurance, tax, and other vehicle costs. Category breakdown charts show where the money went. Pro users can export fuel and charging records as CSV.
DRIVE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
Save each drive with photos, videos, distance, weather, and notes.
PRO / PRO+
The free plan includes ads and one vehicle.
Pro adds ad-free use, CSV and maintenance-report PDF export, price alerts for favorite stations, and up to two vehicles.
Pro+ adds three or more vehicles, automatic backup, cloud sync, and up to 50 GB total cloud storage for drive photos/videos and maintenance attachments.
DATA AND PRIVACY
Records are stored on-device first. Some features communicate only as needed, including sign-in, Pro+ sync, AI import, advertising, and optional price sharing.
When AI import is used, the selected photo or PDF is sent to our server and the Anthropic API for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Receipt images and full OCR text are not sent through normal cloud sync or price sharing.
Cloud photos and videos are deleted 90 days after cancellation or expiration. On-device data remains.
Fidoca Pro / Pro+ are auto-renewable subscriptions. Plan name, duration, and price are shown on the purchase screen. Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period and can be managed in App Store account settings.
