Turn it off or set the pace in Settings. - Your workouts and history now stay safe when you use the app on two phones. - Fixes for your workout split and for exercises that sometimes did not save. - Automatic cloud backup: when you are signed in, the app backs up on its own when you open it and when you finish a workout.

Fixes cloud sync between devices. - A second device could quietly stop downloading your history while still reporting a successful sync. It now detects this and recovers on its own. - Setting up the app on a new device no longer overwrites the split saved on your other devices.
