Most app blockers make you list every app to block. Hush flips it: pick the few apps you're allowed at bedtime - your alarm, messages, a book - and everything else locks itself until morning. Even apps you download later. No sneaking in a new game at midnight to beat the 2am doomscroll.
Sleep on time and an adorable creature hatches by morning. Miss your bedtime and your egg goes cold. One good night at a time, you grow a whole meadow.
