REQUIREMENTS
SportVitals requires iOS 18 or later and access to Apple Health. An Apple Watch worn overnight is recommended for sleep and HRV features. Feature availability depends on the data provided by your devices. On-device AI workout suggestions require a compatible Apple Intelligence device with iOS 26 or later. Weather context in daily reports uses Apple’s Weather service and is optional.

The app has all the essential metrics of Garmin and whoop. It also has more metrics and cost less than Athlytic app and other apps lika Cora, Fitiv , Sonnar. The dev did a great job and it would be nice to see app improvement continuously over time. Great work dev!
