09 Jul 2026 Two new features that can be toggled on or off in Settings: - When selecting photos for the deletion queue from a group, the group containing the photos (even if it contains more than 2 near-duplicates and you only mark one for deletion) will be removed, indicating that you are done reviewing said group. You can get the group containing the rest of the photos by re-indexing your library. - When using the «Keep suggested» button, the group containg the photo(s) you chose to keep is removed, indicating that you are done reviewing said group. You can get the group containing the rest of the photos by re-indexing your library.

- Photos you choose to remove now go into a Deletion Queue for one final review before anything is deleted — with the option to move photos back to their group instead - Favorited photos (in the Photos app) are now automatically protected from deletion suggestions - For near-identical photos, the app will suggest to keep the photo with the highest resolution (only for duplicates and near-duplicates)
