PenaltyLab is an American football rules-learning and penalty-simulation tool for officials, coaches, and players. Whether you are teaching a clinic, preparing for a game, or reviewing a play, you can quickly look up foul guidance and explore how enforcement changes across different game situations. RULES STUDY Browse and search common fouls by category. Review foul codes, definitions, yardage, enforcement spots, the offending side, officiating signals, and teaching cues. ON-DEVICE PENALTY SIMULATION Set the down, distance, ball spot, dead-ball spot, foul spot, fouling participant, and penalty acceptance. The app calculates the enforced spot, next down, automatic first down, loss of down, safety, and other applicable results in real time. SCENARIO GUIDE Follow frame-by-frame animations covering routes, contact, the flag, and the post-enforcement ball spot, together with announcement text and teaching cues. CASE REVIEW Search and filter training cases, then load a case directly into the scenario guide and simulator for repeatable practice. PRIVACY AND OFFLINE USE Core features run entirely on the device. No account is required. The app contains no advertising or third-party analytics and does not collect or upload personal data.
