• Let AI break it down — on your device. When a task feels like a wall, FocusFlow splits it into tiny steps using Apple's on-device intelligence (on supported devices). No API key, no cloud, no cost. Works offline.
• See time pass. A calm countdown on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Start from the Action button, Control Center, Spotlight, or a back tap — from thought to doing in one touch.
• Grow a garden that never punishes you. Every focus session grows your Focus Garden through 15 stages. Miss a day, a week, a month? It waits. It never shrinks.
