Check in by scanning a QR code The organizer shows a check-in QR at the pitch. Scan it with your camera and you're marked as present — no more working out who actually played after the game. The code refreshes every 30 seconds, so it can't be passed around to people who didn't turn up. Organizers get a live check-in screen and can still mark someone by hand if their phone is dead. Invite friends, earn rewards Every player has a personal referral code and link (Account → Invite friends). Friends who sign up with it get 10% off their first game. Once they've actually played it, you earn a one-off share of what they paid — 10% to 20%, growing with the number of friends you bring. The page shows how many you've invited, how many have played and what you've earned, and we'll notify you when someone uses your code and again when a reward lands on your balance. Know the discount before you pay The join button shows what you'll actually be charged with the full price struck through beside it, and the payment summary names the discount rate instead of just showing an amount off. Also in this release • Fixed: confirming your email from an invite link could leave you stuck on the "Check your email" screen even though you were already signed in. • Event, invite and check-in links now open straight in the app instead of the browser. • Playing preferences moved to their own page in Account. • A new animated launch screen — the CSFC crest builds itself up as the app opens. • The bottom navigation bar now lines up with the rest of the screen.

Chat, finally done right — swipe any message to reply, or hold it for a proper menu: react, copy, reply, edit or delete. Deleted messages leave a placeholder so replies still make sense, and you can see when someone is typing. No more "Anonymous Player" — if we never got your name when you signed in, we now ask for it right after you join a game, and remind you on your Account screen. You can skip it and still play. The waitlist actually tells you when a spot opens — in your language, and the game shows a "spot open" badge in the list even if you missed the notification. It disappears the moment someone else takes the spot, so you're never sent to a game that's already full. Your money is safe if a game is called off mid-payment — the charge is stopped where possible, and otherwise returned to your balance straight away. Payments is one clear list — no duplicated rows, no empty entries, every payment dated, and it loads as you scroll.
