The Super panel flagged the duplicate and the academy had no screen to act on it. - Reversing an advance now cancels the tax invoice along with it, as reversing a payment already did. Since the cycle steps back and the month is issued again, without this the same service ended up documented — and taxed — twice. - When recording a fee received outside the app, the manager now says **how** the money arrived — Pix, cash, debit, credit, transfer, boleto, barter or comp. Until now the platform wrote "Cash" on every manual entry, and it was almost never true: the Pix landed in the manager's own key and the card went through the front-desk reader. A plan saved as 12 months instead of 1 and corrected 17 minutes later left the paid invoice claiming to cover a whole year: in the accrual view R$160.00 became twelve instalments through 2027, and the next charge silently skipped the year. The realignment only shortens, and only the current period — extending would hand over months nobody paid for, and trimming an older one would re-charge days already collected. - **Barter and comp no longer count as revenue.** They are flagged as "does not enter the cash box", the dialog says so beside the choice, and the flag is now honoured everywhere money is added up: the Incoming total, the revenue charts in the portal and in Reports, the app home's revenue for the month and the six-month trend. The charge stays settled and the student in good standing — it is the revenue that stops existing, because no money came in. In the ledger the line is struck through and out of the green, and automatic tax-invoice issuing skips it (issuing one by hand still works, for whoever needs the barter documented).
