Pulse: Peace of Mind
Their wellbeing, at a glance
Free · In‑App Purchases
Pulse is a calm, ambient way to know someone you love is doing okay — without calling, texting, or worrying in silence.
When the people you care about choose to share, you see their resting heart rate, last night's sleep, and today's activity right on your iPhone Home Screen widget — updated quietly through the day, always with an "as of" time so you know how fresh it is.
Built on mutual consent and dignity:
• They decide exactly what to share — activity, heart rate, sleep — and can pause or stop anytime.
• Your widget stays blank until someone you've invited chooses to share back, so it's never one-sided.
• A gentle tap-back lets you say "glad you slept" without starting a big conversation.
Pulse is for the quiet worriers — adult children of an aging parent, partners spending time apart, anyone who just wants the reassurance that a loved one is okay.
Important: Pulse is a wellness and peace-of-mind app — not a medical, safety, monitoring, or emergency tool. It cannot detect medical events or emergencies, and data may be delayed or unavailable. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Heart rate, sleep, and activity require the person being viewed to wear an Apple Watch.
Pulse Plus subscription
Pulse is free to quietly watch one person. Pulse Plus lets you watch up to 5 loved ones, with gentle history trends and nudge and quiet-hours tuning. It is an auto-renewable subscription with two plans: US$4.99 per month, or US$39.99 per year (twelve months for the price of ten). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.

Pulse 1.0.6 is calmer, warmer, and steadier.
• A living design. The whole app now sits under one quiet sky that drifts from dawn to dusk to night — soft glass cards, gentle motion, and a home screen that feels like checking the horizon, not a dashboard.
• Quieter mornings. If someone's morning is quieter than their usual, Pulse can offer a gentle bit of reassurance to check in — optional, calm by default, and always respectful of quiet hours.
• Pulse Plus, two ways. Choose monthly or annual — the annual plan is twelve months for the price of ten.
• Steadier and more reliable. Fresher "as of" times, smoother and faster refreshes, and fixes so a person's card never lingers on stale data. Widgets now show watch battery, and a new night-friendly StandBy view keeps the glance easy on the eyes.
As always: Pulse is a wellness and peace-of-mind app, not a medical or emergency tool. Data may be delayed — check the "as of" time.
