Guac now tells you the moment a new update is out. Open the app and a small banner points you straight to the App Store, so you never miss new features again. The micronutrient panel now shows on every food page, even when a food has nothing to give. Zeros are honest too. Zero sugar drinks now read exactly as what they are. No more phantom added sugar on a sugar free can. Plus small fixes and polish across the app.

Guac got a big round of polish. Change with AI now understands long, detailed edits. Describe exactly what changed in your meal and every detail lands. The food library got a redesign. The text box grows into a full notes page as you type longer descriptions, so big custom meals are easy to write out. Logging is smoother everywhere. One motion back home after you log, faster loading, and cleaner names for your custom meals. Plus fairer scores for creative healthy recipes and lots of small fixes.

Guac now tracks micronutrients! Scan any meal to see how well it fits your diet and which micronutrients it contains. We also added a new micronutrient scroller next to the health bar, so you can track your daily intake and see what nutrients you still need to support your goals. Micronutrients play a major role in your energy, strength, focus, and overall health, and Guac now makes them much easier to understand. Every number is computed from real USDA data, and recipes are measured ingredient by ingredient, so even your own creations get accurate readings. We also fixed the back button on the plans screen so it always takes you back, and if you close the app partway through setup you now return to where you left off instead of starting over.
