Keep drivers and dispatch on the same page: assigned loads, live routes, one-tap arrivals, BOL/POD uploads, and accurate paid miles — all in one app. GILoad is the driver app for trucking companies that run GILoad to dispatch and manage their fleet. Your dispatcher assigns your loads in GILoad — you see them instantly, run them start to finish, and keep your paperwork and paid miles accurate, all from your phone. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See your assigned loads — pickup and delivery stops, dates, appointments, broker, and rate details your company shares with you. • Follow your route on a live map that shows where you actually drove, not just the planned line. • One-tap status: Start Trip, Arrived at Pickup, Picked Up, Arrived at Delivery, Delivered — your dispatcher stays in sync in real time. • Upload documents on the spot — scan or photograph your Bill of Lading (BOL) and Proof of Delivery (POD) and send them in seconds. • Request home time or an HOS reset and get your dispatcher's approval right in the app. • Get notified the moment a load is assigned, changed, or your paystub is approved. • Driver swaps and team driving supported for relays and co-drivers. BUILT FOR HOW TRUCKING ACTUALLY WORKS GILoad tracks your real route while a load is in transit so your dispatcher can see the truck's position and your miles are paid accurately. Location tracking is opt-in, runs only while you're carrying a load, shows a persistent notification the whole time, and stops automatically when you deliver. FOR COMPANIES Accounts are provisioned by your trucking company. If your carrier doesn't use GILoad yet, visit giload.app to get started. Questions? Reach us anytime — support is one tap away.
