No ads. No accounts. No sign-up. No analytics. Open it and play.
WHAT IT DOES
• Hears any note from your instrument and shows the note, octave, and how many cents sharp or flat you are.
• Uses a calm linear scale instead of a jittery needle, so the reading is easy to trust.
• Turns a single accent color the moment you're in tune, with a gentle haptic tap — keep your eyes on the instrument, not the screen.
• Adjustable reference pitch: A4 from 415 to 466 Hz.
• Reference tone (tuning fork): switch to FORK mode, pick any note and octave, and play a clean sustained tone to tune by ear — no microphone needed.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Audio is processed entirely on your device and is never recorded, saved, or sent anywhere. Tone works fully offline and contains no third-party tracking.

• A share button on the tuner face, for passing Tone along to someone else.
Also fixed:
• The tuner face no longer bounces when you drag it.
• Switching from the reference tone back to the tuner now starts listening without a gap.
• Leaving and returning to Tone in quick succession no longer leaves the tuner not listening.
