AI work now saves itself. - Add line items with the AI, or import from the Job Planner or the Drawing Analyser, and the estimate saves straight away. You'll see a short "Saved" message, and leaving the page no longer loses them. - This applies to draft estimates. Quotes that have been sent, approved or invoiced still wait for you to press Save. - The Drawing Analyser and Job Planner totals now match their line items. The middle figure is the exact sum, with the low and high figures either side of it. - The dashboard shows which plan you're on. Profit margin now leaves VAT out, since that money isn't yours to keep.

Estimates now follow the job's location. - Type the town or postcode and BuildEstimate sets the currency and tax rules for that country. It covers the UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland and Romania, and you can override the country or currency. - The AI checks current prices online before it prices a job, and lists the sites it checked. - CIS and VAT reverse charge on invoices. Pick 20%, 30% or 0% CIS and the invoice shows the deduction and the amount payable. Add your VAT number and UTR in Settings > Tax Details and they print on your PDFs. - The Drawing Analyser reads large, detailed plans much better, and tells you plainly when a file can't be used. - AI job plans and drawing analyses now show a total that matches their line items. - Forgot your password? Reset it from the sign-in screen. A wrong password now shows a clear message instead of a blank form.
