Reckon is a daybook for the events in your life. Count how long since something happened and how long until something will, then keep the story of the time in between: dated notes, photos, links, and files build up under each event into a history you can read back. It started as a way to count the days through a long stretch of healing (days since an injury, the time between appointments) and grew into something you can point at anything: an anniversary, a sobriety counter, days since a habit began, the weeks until a trip. TWO KINDS OF EVENT - Single Event: one fixed date. Count up from a moment that has passed, or down to one that is coming. - Recurring Event: a timer you restart with a tap. Each time the thing happens again, tap it, and the count starts fresh from now. SEE IT AT A GLANCE The home dashboard shows what needs you today and what is coming this week, so you open the app and immediately know where time stands. GET REMINDED Put a schedule on a recurring event (every 6 months, every 3 days) and Reckon counts down to the next one and reminds you when it comes due. Log it with a tap and the next reminder sets itself. ROTATING ACTIVITIES Rotating activities walk a short list of phases on a loop: jog 5 and walk 3, ice 15 on and 15 off, or two things you alternate. Let them run on the clock, or tap to advance when the time is a "do not act before" gate. KEEP A JOURNAL Every event can hold dated notes, photos, links, and files, so the record builds up over time. The journal is the thing that turns a counter into a history you can read back. ORGANIZE YOUR WAY Tag events with categories, then group, filter, and sort. Save the views you use most and switch between them from the home screen. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Reckon keeps everything on your device. No account, no sign-in, no servers, no analytics, no tracking. Your data is yours, and it never leaves your phone. Reckon. Count what matters, in both directions.

Small update that makes an event's structure visible at a glance. - Events that hold sections now show a small tree mark in the list, so you can tell a layered event from a simple one without opening it. - Fixed a section count that stayed blank until you had written in the section. It now shows what is inside. - The guide index marks the chapters that explain the star and the tree.
