Graviflux is an app where you can track your Nutrition, Workouts/Exercises, Health & Wellness, Speak with others via a formus like communtiy section, and has some coaching tools. Graviflux also uses a custom navigation system highlighting the rotary dial (its the best one) and a top down menu (probably easier to use if u struggle with the rotary dial). It goes far mroe than just basic nutrition and workouts; Graviflux was designed with in mind recent literature and human physiology. What are the differences? well rather than other tracking apps only tracking basic nutritional info or just sets and reps being predetermined in workouts. Graviflux rather goes into deep micronutreint targets and for workouts gives a large flexibility, tells users the frequency they hit each muscle, and every exercise is custom but also including a exercise library for the more common ones. also customt racking feilds for flexiblity, cardio, and resistance training. not all exercises have one specific form not is everyone wishing to acheive the same goals, additionally there is rather much conflicting thoughts on what exercises train which the best so we decided to leave the user with the flexibility to choose. For the health & wellness section we focus mainly on mental health; why? Since for most in health & fitness its easy to get caught up or burnt out, and it just seems that in the fitness space mental health is rather neglected so we created guided journals where you can breathe & reflect. additionally productivity tools for habits, mood, kanban for tasks, and more! Social space follows a forums style but keepinng UI minimalistic and clean. Graviflux does not do third part ads, but may be now or in future we will accept paid promotions to display on the promotion tab. we do not sell or use your data for any advertisement purposes or for selling to others. In the social tab you will also notice we have tags/badges that you can wear; now and in the future we will introducing more and more for people to collect and show off. Coaching section has tools for coaching to view their clients nutrition and training. Premium users have the ability to fully customize their UI colors making things whichever style they wish!
