When your sleep, heart rate, and energy drift from your normal, your coach notices and offers a lighter day. Training upgrades: supersets with auto-advance, a plate calculator, warm-up ramps, and RPE logging. Your plan now adapts to the room you're in with workout spaces, adjusts paces for the heat, and shows you exactly what changed whenever it adjusts.
