It's a journal for the things you actually make. Cook something, give it a quick rating, snap a photo, and jot a "next time I'd…" note while it's fresh. The next time you open that recipe to cook it again, that note is the first thing waiting for you. You pick up exactly where you left off.
That's the whole idea: get a little better every time, without keeping it all in your head.
