On that page, at the top where it says "iOS App Version 1.0.14", click directly on the "1.0.14" text — or look for a small pencil/edit icon next to it. Change it to 1.0.16 → Save. Then scroll down to Build section → attach 1.0.16 (117). Top right → Add for Review. If clicking the version number doesn't make it editable: Alternative — hover the sidebar precisely: Move your mouse over the words "iOS App" at the very top of the left sidebar (above 1.0.14/1.0.13). A small "+" icon appears on the RIGHT edge of the sidebar row, only on hover. Click it → iOS → enter 1.0.16 → Create. The + only appears while hovering the "iOS App" row specifically. If your mouse drifts to a version below, it disappears.
