KEY FEATURES AUTOMATIC BEDTIME LOCK Set when apps pause and when access returns. Repeat the plan on the days you choose. BLOCK ONLY WHAT DISTRACTS YOU Your phone, system alarms, maps, and payments remain available. A 10-MINUTE WIND-DOWN Get time to save your work, set an alarm, charge your phone, and gently end the day. INTENTIONAL EMERGENCY ACCESS When something truly matters, request 2 minutes of temporary access. The first request requires a 60-second wait, and later waits progressively increase to discourage impulsive unlocking. MORNING REVIEW See your planned sleep window and temporary-access history. Build pride in every night you protect. PRIVACY BY DESIGN App selection uses Apple’s Screen Time framework. Goodnight Lock does not see your complete app list, and your plan and records stay on your device. You did not buy a button.
