Lilac is the easiest way to message someone without handing over your phone number, email, or a password. No signup. No account. Open the app and you can be reached immediately — Lilac creates a private "mailbox" for you on the spot. To connect with someone, you just share a link or show a QR code. They open it, and you can start talking. SHARE A LINK, NOT YOUR NUMBER With phone numbers and email, once you give them out you can't take them back. With Lilac you share a disposable invite instead. Change your mind? Delete it, and nothing about you is left on the other person's side. PRIVATE BY DESIGN, NOT BY EXTRA WORK Your messages are end-to-end encrypted. The relay that carries them only ever sees scrambled data — never your messages, never who you are. There are no ads, no analytics, and no trackers. SURVIVES YOUR NEXT PHONE Most private messengers lose everything when you change or lose your phone. Lilac keeps your identity in your iCloud Keychain, so a new iPhone restores you automatically — or keep a 12-word recovery phrase as your safety net. SIMPLE, KIND LANGUAGE No cryptographic jargon.
