Echo: Emotion Journal
Mood tracker & self-care
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Echo is a simple emotion journal that helps you notice and name what you feel. Write down what happened, which emotion it triggered and how strong it was — then watch how your mood changes over time.
What you can do:
• Add entries: situation, emotion and its intensity.
• Choose from many named emotions — from joy and calm to sadness or anger.
• Create your own categories and emotions to match your language.
• See weekly summaries and your dominant emotion.
• Explore insights: emotion frequency, intensity over time and top triggers.
• Mark entries to revisit in a calmer moment or bring to a therapy session.
• Browse and search your full history.
Gentle habit support:
• An optional daily reminder helps you check in with yourself.
• Export your journal to JSON, CSV or PDF whenever you want.
Private by default:
• Your entries are stored locally on your device in encrypted storage.
• No selling of data.
• Device pairing is free. Optional Premium adds an end-to-end encrypted cloud backup — the recovery phrase stays with you.
Echo Premium (optional):
• Premium removes ads.
• Encrypted cloud backup and restore.
• Sync between your devices with end-to-end encryption.
• Annual plan or one-time lifetime purchase; the free version stays fully usable.
Available in 11 languages, with light and dark themes.
Echo is a journaling and reflection tool. It is not therapy, diagnosis or crisis support and does not replace professional help.
