## How to Use
### 1. Home
The Home screen shows your daily overview with three key metrics (calories, duration, sessions). The **Weekly Goals** section displays your progress through animated rings. Use **Quick Record** cards to log activities fast.
### 2. Record
Browse all 9 sport types in a beautiful grid. Tap any sport to open the recording form where you can set:
* **Duration**: Hour and minute wheel pickers.
* **Distance** (for applicable sports): Enter in kilometers.
* **Date & Time**: Pick when the activity happened.
* **Rating**: 5-star rating for how the session felt.
* **Notes**: Add personal reflections.
### 3. Stats
Review your weekly activity bar chart, see how your time is distributed across sport types, and browse your complete activity history. Filter by Week, Month, or All time.
### 4. Settings
* Set **Weekly Goals** (sessions, duration, calories) with intuitive +/- controls.
* Toggle **Haptic Feedback**.
* **Data Management**: Clear records or reset all data.
