Swipe through positive affirmations crafted for every mood: morning clarity, midday focus, evening calm, gratitude, confidence, self-love, and gentle sleep. When a line resonates, start a focused Practice session and sit with it while a soft breathing timer helps it settle.
Build a gentle habit with daily reminders. Pick how many moments of affirmation you'd like, the days, and the time window — and the right words will quietly find you.
Make it yours. Edit any affirmation right from the card you're reading, write your own, gather them into categories you create, or scan a printed or handwritten page and turn it into affirmations you can keep. Choose a wallpaper, a typeface and a text color, with a live preview until every card feels like you.
Keep a line on your Home Screen. The Affirmations widget shows a collection you choose, one card at a time — or a single affirmation you pin — in the same wallpaper, typeface and color as the app.

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, and it is what unlocks the app. The monthly plan opens with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, then renews at the price shown on the paywall. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. A one-time Lifetime unlock is also available and does not renew.
