Fixes an issue where lifetime unlock could fail to activate immediately after purchase or restore.

Ideon uses a non-consumable lifetime in-app purchase only. The old auto-renewable subscription products were deleted and are not offered in the app. Users can create 15 saved posts for free. After that, creating new posts requires the lifetime unlock. Existing posts, search, edit, export, and backup import remain available.
